Ideal for customers who have 6’6” (tailgate off or down) or 6’9” inch bed (tailgate shut) who are looking to keep the camper compact within their bed without overhanging. This is important if you plan to place your Freedom Camper in your truck bed while hauling a boat or trailer.
This model requires a raised platform to elevate the camper above your truck’s wheel wells. See our DIY platform instructions. If using a Decked Drawer system (or similar system), we recommend this size to limit the amount of overhang over the drawer system
